Attention Band Students and Parents!!
School or camp has not even begun and it is already time to reserve your student's space for the band's Orlando Adventure next March. The directors are doing everything they can to keep costs down and that means getting commitments right away.
These documents (Trip letter, Trip inclusions & Trip Itinerary) describe the trip, itineraries, and associated fees. The first payment, a $200 non-refundable deposit, is due to the directors by Thursday, September 10.
Please read the information carefully and block out the dates (Mar 2 - Mar 6) on your calendars right away! Also, plan on attending the Boosters meeting this Thursday, August 4. There will be a trip question and answer session after the Boosters meeting (approximately 8 PM). Information for adults who wish to travel as chaperones will be forthcoming.
