Here are some updates and reminders for the week of Feb 6, 2017.
1) Winter Guard Competition (Completed)
Last Saturday (Feb 4), both our Winter Guard teams performed in competition at Cedarburg High School (Cedarburg, WI).
The teams performed well and were enjoyable to watch!
Thanks to those who were able to attend and support our Winter Guard Teams!
2) Winter Guard Competition (Announcement)
Date: This Saturday (Feb 11 - Afternoon and Evening)
Performance Times: JV - 4:29 P & Varsity - 6:39 P [Additional details are posted on the Guard Facebook pages and the band website (See Mr. Jenkins, or a guard member, if you have any questions)]
Location: John Hersey High School (Arlington Heights, IL)
Spectator Admission Cost: $8 per adult, $6 per kids (10 and under), Free (kids under 5)
Good Luck! - This is the closest competition for this season, so it is your best opportunity to attend and support our Winter Guard Teams!
3) Winter Guard Movie Ticket Fundraiser #2 (Announcement)
The Winter Guard is once again selling Marcus Theatre gift cards and discounted movie tickets.
A portion of each sale helps to offset the cost of their costumes, which each student has to purchase themselves.
In you are interested, contact a Winter Guard member at your earliest convenience (Checks should be made out to the Warren Band Boosters).
All orders and money are due in before Feb. 13, 2017.

4) Band Boosters Meeting (Announcement)
Date: This Wednesday (Feb 8)
Times: 7 to 8:30 PM
Location: WTHS Almond Band Room
5) Marching Band DVD Available (Reminder)
The Marching Band 2 DVD set is still available for $15. Send in your orders and money to the directors. The DVD's will be sent back thru your students.
6) Pep Band Performance (Ongoing Reminder)
For this week, the Sym II Band is performing as the pep band this Wednesday (Feb 8).

7) Emergency/Medical Information for the Disney Trip (Students and Chaperones) (Reminder)Thanks to the those who have completed their forms already!
We are still compiling emergency contact, basic medical, and food allergy information for all students and chaperones going on the Disney Trip. Please go to http://www.wthsbands.org/emergcontactinfo.html to enter your child's information by February 21st. This process should take only a couple minutes.
All information will be kept confidential.
