Welcome back to school and work.
Here are the first updates and reminders for the new year (week of Jan 10, 2017).
1) Cheesecake Fundraiser (Reminder - Order Pickup Soon)
The cheesecakes are still scheduled to be delivered on January 12, 2017 (tomorrow). Additional details will be provided shortly in a separate e-mail.
2) Marching Band DVD Available (Reminder)
The Marching Band 2 DVD set is now available for $15. Send in your orders and money to the directors. The DVD's will be sent back thru your students.
3) Pep Band Schedule (Ongoing Reminder)
The schedule for Almond band students was posted on the Boosters website.
4) Jo(hnette) Rae Criss Check (Announcement)
The school received a $20 check from Iowa for someone's Disney trip. Please email Mr. Jenkins if you or your parents know any details about this so we can apply the money to the appropriate student. Please provide confirmation details and reference the student in your email to him.
5) Emergency/Medical Information for the Disney Trip (Students and Chaperones) (Announcement)
We are compiling emergency contact, basic medical, and food allergy information for all students and chaperones going on the Disney Trip. Please go to http://www.wthsbands.org/emergcontactinfo.html to enter your child's information by February 21st. This process should take only a couple minutes.
All information will be kept confidential.
