Greetings! We still need YOU to sign up for a shift during Music in the Parks. No prior experience is necessary - a great way to spend time with really good people and help our program at the same time.

As I write this we still are in need of:
Bus Greeters - All shifts. Meet the bands as they pull up in the lot, greet the directors and hand them information on how to proceed. Help the students in and out of the doors, instruct the drivers where to park. Adults only please - this is one of my favorite jobs.
Announcer - Most shifts. Wear some nice clothes and introduce the ensembles from the stages. Your script will be pre-written, directors will help you with pronunciations if necessary.
Door Monitors - All shifts. You'll be stationed at the gym doors or the auditorium lobby to let folks in and out between performances and keep them away from the doors during. Adults preferred here.
Snacks and Registration - Some shifts. You'll work in the lobby by the pool entrance, either selling snacks and T-shirts or greeting the directors and helping them get moving. Adults only.
Stage crew - Some shifts. After each performance you'll re-align the stage based upon the floor plans that you'll have for each ensemble. Another fun job - you'll get to hear every group and have a blast working with your team. Parents and students alike enjoy this job!
Runners/escorts - Some shifts. The life-blood of the whole event. Each ensemble will be assigned an escort when they come into the building. That escort will be sure the unit gets to the warm-up room on time, then to the performance area, and finally safely back to the buses. Students only.
