STUDENT SCHEDULE
Instrumentalists: Wear or bring white band t-shirt and mesh band shorts to wear under uniform and to assist with changing in the parking lot, for most. Remember mid-calf black socks and shoes.
Color Guard: Wear warm-ups to contest and change into them after performance. Bring your costume, shoes, black socks, gloves, flag bags, rifles.
1:00 O’Plaine school open, get equipment etc.
1:30 Field rehearsal
3:30 End rehearsal
3:45 Load equipment trucks, EAT DINNER - bring food or quickly get fast food
4:45 Load buses
5:00 Leave Warren
5:45 Arrive at Wheeling H.S. – unload trucks, change into uniform
7:00 Meet at Equipment trucks - line up & move (in parade block)
7:15 Move to warm-up area
7:30 Warm-up, Tune
8:00 Move to gate
8:15 PERFORM IN COMPETITION!
8:30 Put away equipment, change, back to the stadium to watch, snack at concession stands – be courteous to all groups!!!
10:00 Awards/placements
11:00 Arrive back at O’Plaine
