Marching Band Uniform/Hat Volunteers (August-October)
Uniform/Hat Volunteers assist the Marching Uniform and Marching Hat Coordinators to maintain the hats and uniforms of the Marching Band by: 

• Measuring and fitting Marching Band students for their uniforms/hats
• Distributing and checking in uniforms
• Spot cleaning and repairing of uniforms (loose buttons, hems, etc)
• Maintaining inventory of all components of uniforms (Marching jackets/pants, hats, sashes, T-shirts, shorts, shoes)

Marching Band Field Crew Volunteers (August-October)
Field Crew Volunteers assist the Field Crew Lead by:

• Cleaning and repairing Marching Show props and equipment (instruments, ladders, speakers)
• Bringing Marching Show props and equipment (instruments, ladders, speakers) onto the field for rehearsals and performances/competitions
• Maintaining an inventory of Marching Show props and equipment (instruments, ladders, speakers)
• Loading trucks with Instruments, Marching Show props, and equipment

Uniform Alterations Volunteers (a few nights during the months of July-November)
Uniform Alterations Volunteers assist the Uniform Alterations Coordinator to maintain the marching unifroms and concert dresses/tuxes of the Band by:

• Hemming sleeves, pants, and dresses  
• Replacing/securing buttons
• Other minor sewing

Concert Uniform Volunteers (a few nights in October/November and one night in May)
Concert Uniform Volunteers assist the Concert Uniform Coordinator to maintain the dresses/tuxes of the Band by:

• Measuring inseams to place pants in size order ahead of fitting nights  
• Fitting Band students for their dresses/tuxes

Photographers/Videographers (all year)

• Capture marching band, jazz band, concert band performances (and possibly rehearsals)
• Photograph seniors at Marching Band Senior Night
• Photograph Seniors for the year-end program
• Provide photos/videos to be used in a schoolyear recap
• Upload photos to band website

Trivia Event Volunteers (Spring)
The Trivia Event volunteers shall assist the Trivia Event Coordinator by:

• Obtaining any necessary approvals of the School Administration/Band Directors/Village of Gurnee
• Obtaining raffle donations
• Advertising the event
• Working concessions on the night of the event
• Setting-up/Cleaning-up on the night of the event

Live Arts (May)
The Live Arts volunteers will:

• Work in the concession window to serve snacks and drinks

 
Music In The Parks Volunteers (May)
The Music In The Parks volunteers will:

• Direct School Bus drivers in the OPlaine parking lot
• Check In Band Directors
• Sell snacks & drinks
• Announce the performing groups
• Act as door monitors
• Guide the performers through the school
• Set-Up the performance area for each group
• Run Scores to/from Adjudicators
• Set-Up / Clean-Up OPlaine campus for the event

Committee Leads/Coordinators
Marching Uniform Coordinator
Marching Hat Coordinator 
Uniform/Hat Coordinators shall be responsible for maintaining the uniforms/hats of the Marching Band and fulfills the following duties:

• Measure and fit Marching Band students for their uniforms/hats
• Distribute and check in uniforms
• Oversee the cleaning and repair of uniforms
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all components of uniforms (Marching jackets/pants, hats, sashes, T-shirts, shorts, shoes)
• Work with the Treasurer to manage the collection of payments for extra uniform components
• Work with the Executive Board on all uniform related expenses
• Inform the Executive Board and Band Directors when any student fails to return uniform, make payment or loses/damages any portion of uniform
• Inform the Executive Board of any shortages or the need to replace any uniforms

 
Uniform Alterations Coordinator 
 Uniform Alterations Coordinator shall be responsible for minor alterations of marching uniforms and concert dresses/tuxes of the Warren Band Program and fulfills the following duties:

• Sleeve/Pant/Dress hems​
• Missing buttons
• Work with Marching Uniform Coordinator, Concert Uniform Coordinator, and Band Booster Treasurer for alteration related expenses

Field Crew/Pit Crew Lead 
Field Crew Lead shall be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Field Crew  of the Marching Band, including the Pit Crew and Truck Crew, and fulfills the following duties:

• Oversee the cleaning and repair of all Marching Show props and equipment (instruments, ladders, speakers)
• Ensure all Marching Show props and equipment (instruments, ladders, speakers) are in brought onto the field for rehearsals and performances/competitions
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all Marching Show props and equipment (instruments, ladders, speakers)
• Assign volunteers to field positions and Truck loading responsibilities
• Maintain Truck lists
• Work with the Executive Board and Band Directors on all Marching Show props and equipment (instruments, ladders, speakers) related expenses
• Inform the Executive Board and Band Directors of any shortages or the need to replace any Marching Show props and equipment (instruments, ladders, speakers)

Photography Coordinator 
Photography Coordinator shall be responsible for coordinating photographers/videographers and fulfills the following duties:

• Ensures photographers/videographers capture marching band, jazz band, concert band performances (and possibly rehearsals)
• Works with the photographers/videographers in the production of the Marching Band DVD
• Coordinates Fill the Drum photographers for Senior Photos
• Coordinates Final Program Senior Photos
• Ensures/Assists/Trains photographers/videographers to upload photos to band website

Concert Uniform Coordinator 
Concert Uniform Coordinator shall be responsible for maintaining the concert dresses/tuxes of the Warren Band Program and fulfills the following duties:

• Measure and fit all band students for their dresses/tuxes
• Oversee the cleaning and repair of dresses/tuxes
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all dresses/tuxes
• Work with the Treasurer to manage the collection of payments for extra dresses/tuxes
• Work with the Executive Board on all uniform related expenses
• Inform the Executive Board and Band Directors when any student fails to return uniform, make payment or loses/damages any portion of uniform
• Inform the Executive Board of any shortages or the need to replace any uniforms

 
Restaurant Fundraiser Coordinator 
The Restaurant Fundraiser Coordinator shall identify restaurants willing to participate in fundraising activities and shall work directly with the Treasurer. The Restaurant Fundraiser Coordinator shall fulfill the following duties:

• Make arrangements to set up and run the fundraiser, including obtaining any necessary approvals of the School Administration;
• Keep records of sales and submit reports to the Treasurer
• Work with the Executive Board to publicize the fundraisers
• Submit any monies received to the Treasurer promptly, along with a proper accounting and any related records or receipts

Trivia Event Coordinator 
The Trivia Event Coordinator shall coordinate the Trivia Event and shall work directly with the Executive Board and shall fulfill the following duties:

• Make arrangements to set up and run the fundraiser, including obtaining any necessary approvals of the School Administration/Band Directors/Village of Gurnee
• Work with the Executive Board to publicize this fundraiser and to maintain current information
• Work with the Vice President to coordinate volunteers to provide staffing, as needed
• Submit any monies received to the Treasurer promptly, along with a proper accounting and any related records or receipts

Spirit Wear Coordinator
The Spirit Wear Coordinator shall coordinate Band Spirit Wear sales and shall work directly with the Executive Board. The Spirit Wear Coordinator shall fulfill the following duties:

• Make arrangements with spirit wear vendor for spirit wear designs, pricing, online sales, deadlines, and delivery of orders
• Work with the Executive Board to publicize sale dates and details
• Secure volunteers to assist with in-person order distribution
• Track payment of sales royalties by the vendor and submit to the Treasurer
