Sunday, September 8
10:00 OP building open – Arrive, get equipment/instruments, move to field
10:30 Rehearsal and show run-through on field
12:00 Begin loading trucks (trumpets, altos & smaller will go on buses)
Bring a lunch or be quick to grab fast food.
12:50 Leave for GNHS
1:20 Arrive at GNHS - Change into uniforms
2:00 Meet back at truck – Have your helmet and instrument / equipment
2:10 Move as a group to warm-up field
2:30 Warm-up – Tune
3:06 Leave warm-up field for the main field gate holding area 3:18 PERFORM IN COMPETITION
3:30 Back to buses - put away equipment, change, hang uniform correctly on hangers & turn into parents by your hanging box
3:45 Snack? - at stadium, bring $ or your own food.
After Drum Majors are lined up on field for Awards, an announcement will be made for band students to come on the field and get in groups between two yard lines starting 15 feet behind the drum majors line.
Stand quietly for other bands, NO negative behavior towards other bands!

Admission
Admission is $10.00 for adults. Senior and Students (with a school ID) $5.00. Children 3 and under are free with adult admission.
Concessions
The concession stand will open at 12:00 and remain open until the end of the show. Prices range from $1.00 – $5.00 and will include hot dogs, pizza, marching tacos, popcorn, candy, and drinks.
Restrooms
Restrooms are available through the front entrance of the school and at the field concession stand.
