Student Schedule
8:00am School open
8:30am Run-throughs (1 w/met, percussion only. 1 w/out met, all playing)
9:00am Begin loading trucks
9:45am Load buses – Bring a snack/lunch for the bus ride. Dinner is not until 4:30.
10:00am Leave for ISU!
1:00pm Arrive at ISU stadium lot. (Bathrooms located near the lot.)
2:15pm Meet at equipment trucks – ready to go to warm-ups
2:32pm Begin warm-ups
3:34pm PERFORM IN PRELIM COMPETITION!!!
3:50pm Picture taken
4:15pm Change out of uniform, equipment put away.
4:30pm Free Dinner in the lot – provided by the Warren Band Boosters.
*When done eating, go into stadium to watch the remainder of the contest.
6:50pm AWARDS - Announcement of Finalists -After awards, go immediately back to buses.
10:30pm Back at Warren if we do not make Finals

Ticket Information
Tickets are $15.00 for all day admission, including finals. Children 12 and under are admitted free. No advance ticket sales. Tickets can only be purchased at the stadium ticket windows.

A live-stream of the entire competition is available through BOX5-TV.
BOX5 Media, in partnership with Illinois State University, will be presenting this.
The cost for the webcast this year is $29.00, and that covers you for prelims as well as finals. New this year is the option of picking from several camera angles: high camera, multi camera, or the high definition multi camera. In addition, there will be the option of mobile streaming this year.
