Here are a couple reminders and the payment schedule for this year's band trip First student account fundraiser, Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Dough Order forms should have been picked by students in their band room. Your student can set up their own web store to sell these products to far away friends and family (items will be shipped directly to them). You can also order through their online site for pickup at WTHS. Go to https://www.cherrydale.com/shop.html enter your student's name and FRWARGI for the School/Group Code. Paper order forms are due Tuesday, September 4th. Please submit checks payable to Warren Township High School with your order form. Orders submits through school will be delivered on Tuesday, October 2nd. Any questions, please contact your student's director. SECOND Warren Band Spirit Sale - OPEN What: WTHS Band Spirit Wear for students and families are available on the American Outfitters webstore at the link below. First Anaheim & Los Angeles (Disneyland) trip payment As you are all aware, Band Trip destination is Anaheim & Los Angeles (Disneyland) in early March (including February 28th). You can visit the band trip web page: http://www.wthsbands.org/2019-band-trip.html for more details. The attached PDF describes the trip, itineraries, and associated fees. The first payment, a $150 non-refundable deposit, is due to the directors by Monday, October 1. Please make checks payable to Warren Township High School, and write the student’s name in the Memo field on the check. (Fee schedule found on final page of the attachment.) Please read the information carefully and block out the dates (February 28 - March 4) on your calendars. Information for adults who wish to travel as chaperones will be forthcoming.
