Greetings Competition Band Families!
Our contest host (Downers Grove South HS Band Boosters) has made the decision to move tomorrow’s Music Bowl indoors due to bad rain and thunderstorms predicted throughout the day and evening. They will now run the Music Bowl in their main Gym and will only have 1 performance and no finals. They will utilize a Class A, AA, and AAA format for performance with awards being presented after each class. We will rehearse in the O’Plaine gym from 1:00pm to 2:00pm to prepare for an indoor show – this should prove to be exciting as we will incorporate props, horn moves and body visuals as much as possible!
