Greetings Warren Band Families,
Here are a few reminders for band events this month. 1) Warren Band Wear For Sale What: WTHS Band Spirit Wear for students and parents is available thru the webstore Access: (http://americanoutfittersltd.com/), flyer is located at HERE. Dates: now thru Sunday July 12 Items available: polo shirts, baseball caps, pom pom jerseys, and 4 different t-shirts NOTE: More items including fleece and winter jackets will be available next month 2) Warren Full Band Rehearsals When: Wednesday July 15 and July 22 (6 to 9 PM) Location: WTHS O’Plaine campus 3) Band Camp – Week of July 27th Dates: Monday thru Friday (July 27 - 31) Time: 9 AM to 5 PM Location: WTHS O’Plaine campus 4) Uniform Fitting Nights - July 28-29 What: Marching band uniform fittings (2 nights during band camp) Date #1: Tuesday July 28 (returning students) Date #2 : Wednesday July 29 (new students) If you cannot attend your night, please come the other evening. Time: 5 to 8 PM (right after band camp day ends) Location: WTHS O’Plaine cafeteria Items available: band shirt, band shorts, marching shoes, white gloves, booster membership 4A) Uniform Fitting Volunteers We need volunteers to help us both nights. Both parents and returning students are encouraged to assist. Please note that more volunteers means less work for all. Teresa Oberlander will coordinate the marching band uniform volunteers. If you are able to assist Teresa, please email her by next Friday at [email protected]. 5) WTHS Band Booster Meeting – July 30 Date: Thursday July 30 (first one of 2015-16 school year) Times: 6:30 to 7 PM (parents new to the band program) 7 to approximately 8:30 PM (all booster members) Location: WTHS O’Plaine campus auditorium Go Blue Devils!!
