September 18 - Senior Class Email

Greetings Warren Band Families of the 2019 Graduating Class!

Sue Kamman with Capture the Moment Photography be taking photos of the seniors prior to Festival of Bands/ Fill the Drum on Thursday night (9/20). Students should meet Sue in the Cafeteria as soon as they are dressed in full uniform (5:40PM) – bring Marching instrument! The photos will be available for complimentary download on her website at http://www.ctmphotosite.com, tap on Client Area and enter wthsband for the password by Sept. 24th.

Sue will also have a table at the stadium entrance at Festival of Bands/ Fill the Drum where you can sign up for Senior Banners again this year. Any senior parent interested in a senior banner can sign up at the table or contact Sue at 847-445-0825. Banners will then be created and printed and delivered to the kids at band in about 10 days. Cost of the banner is $40 including tax and payment is required when you order the banner. Cash, check, or Credit card are accepted!

Reminder to Seniors:

1. Arrive at the O'Plaine cafeteria by 5:30pm
2. Dress in full uniform by 5:40pm to have photos taken (in cafeteria)
3. Report to Rehearsal by 6pm or when your photo has been taken (no later than 6:35pm)
   

***If you are coming from another activity, you can take you individual photo after the performance

A Class of 2019 Group Photo will be taken at the end of the Performance on the Field.
