Greetings Warren Band Students and Parents,
Here are some updates and reminders for the week of Nov. 7, 2016. 1) Citrus Fruit Fundraiser - Orders Due Thurs This Week!! (Reminder) Orders forms were available in the band rooms beginning Thursday (Oct 27). This is the highest profit fundraiser for a student's trip account. The Florida citrus sale will run thru this Thursday (Nov 10) (Order forms and money are due in to your directors by Thurs Nov 10). Delivery date will be early in the week of December 12th. Please make all citrus sale checks payable to WTHS. 2) Concert Wear Fitting Nights - Next Week Mon & Tues (Nov 14 & 15) (Reminder - We are very short on volunteers!) The concert wear fitting nights are in 1 week, Monday and Tuesday (Nov 14 & 15) at the Almond band room (5-7:30 pm each night). Parents, we do not have enough help and still need assistance from at least 6 more parents both nights between 4:45-7:30 pm. Please come at 4:45 pm to help set up. Of course, your help is welcome even if you cannot arrive until later.
