Greetings 2016-2017 Marching Band parents,
Thanks to the over 165 students who have already registered for band camp. The time is now to register your Warren band students for the 2016 Marching Blue Devil band camp! This year's dates are August 1-5 from 9 am until 5 pm. There will be two Wednesday evening practices beforehand, on July 20 and 27 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. This year's registration packet is available at http://www.wthsbands.org/uploads/4/9/7/6/49762761/wths_band_camp_packet_2016.pdf. Please review pages 4-6 regarding band camp registration. Please note band camp registration is online now through https://d121.cr3.rschooltoday.com/public/home. Band camp registration questions should be sent to Mrs. Lobitz ([email protected]). If you're not out of town that week we need the students at camp. Please note that this is also the same week as registration, but students will be allowed to come and go as needed for registration. It's the single best time when the students can receive focused instruction from a professional staff for more than the few hours each week. It is important that all registrations are in by May 31st so that music can be assigned and drills (marching instructions and diagrams) can be created to include everybody (300+).
